Submit to All Authority

First as many of you may already know, I believe Paul is a sociopath.  If you researched the hallmarks of a sociopath you will quickly learn one of the first traits that shows up frequently in their personality is that they often contradict their own words, let alone those they say to follow.  Paul in Romans very clearly is telling his followers to submit to not just the government but all authority.  He pretty much throws “Freewill” or using prudent and insightful decisions to guide your life.  We have to remember Paul declares himself a Roman and a citizen of Rome, so that he can be tried by the emperor himself, so to get “Approval” marks from these dictators, Paul is setting up his subjects to “Submit” to these dictators.

Romans 13: 1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.  2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

Galatians 5:1 For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

Now, of course Paul is refering to the “Law” in this Galatians 5:1.  He’s actually saying that the “Law is Dead”.  However, the submission that he previously was talking about in Romans of course would also refer to a yoke of slavery, so how could you submit to some but not others when you are preaching to submit to all governing authorities?  All you have to do is look at our early country leaders (Who owned slaves) and even Hitler and I would have to say, that “Christ” came to truly set us free and to only follow Him exclusively!  There is only one “Law” not mans but His!

John 14:15 “If you love me, keep my commands.” in other words, Keep the Law and submit to My Authority not Pauls, not Caesar’s, not any authority but our Lords!  It those leaders don’t like it “Tough!”, and then you will have to suffer the consequences to this!  That is the true “Submit to all authority, because Christ our Lord holds “All Authority”, and nobody else.

So in closing, Paul says submit to Caesar or “All Authority”, for get about the “Law”, which would basically also include himself, so he’s getting his subjects to submit to himself and others whom he put into positions of authority, hence his “Church Leaders”, and neglect the Law and the Commands of our Lord and His Authority.
